For customized orders, we provide air shipping for sample delivery to customers. For bulk orders, we offer sea freight service, with an estimated shipping cycle of about one month.
Q3: What after-sales services do you provide?
We support a 30-day free return and exchange service. If you are unsatisfied with your purchased products, we will provide you with a return label. You can simply drop off the return package at any UPS or FedEx outlet. Once we receive and confirm the return logistics information, we will process your refund immediately.
